Contract and Shift Details:

You will be assigned to work at one of the above named hospitals for 13 or 26 week contracts through CMS. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 36 hours per week at the assigned facility. During the 13 or 26 contract, CMS is the direct employer of the Nurse. Upon completion of this fixed contract through CMS, the hospital has the right to offer you permanent employment.

Placement at a particular hospital will be based on the hospital’s decision and your clinical experience. Work shifts are permanent, which means that there is no rotation of shifts. If you are assigned to work on a particular shift, you will not be expected to rotate to a different shift periodically. The hospital reserves the right to place you in the clinical area that it deems would be best suited to your experience.
