Salary:

 

According to US immigration law, your salary will be equal to or greater than the prevailing wage in the county of the state where you will be employed. For example the prevailing wage in Miami, Florida, is aprox. $23 per hour, though our salary scales are normally much higher than this.

 

Medical, Dental, Life Insurance & Vision Discount:

Offer includes health insurance; dental insurance, life insurance & a vision discount plan for the duration of your employment. If you elect to participate in the Group Insurance program, you will be paid approximately 88% of the premium. You are responsible for the remaining 12% of the premium, which will be deducted bi-weekly from your paycheck.

Group coverage starts on the first day of the next month after your start date.
Should you elect to add coverage, you are responsible for a minimal bi-weekly premium.

 

Dependent Coverage:

Dependant coverage is available under the policy. Should you elect to add dependent coverage (i.e. spouse, children), you are responsible for 100% of the premium.

 

Reimbursement for other Health Insurance:

Should you elect to decline coverage under the plan because you have other Group coverage; we will reimburse you $54.00 per pay period.

 

Section 125:

The job offers a Section 125 plan that allows you to make your employee premium contribution(s) to our Group Insurance plan a pre-tax basis. This means your premium payments will be deducted from your gross income before income and Social Security taxes are calculated.

 

Long Term Disability:

Long Term Disability for all associates payable at 60% of the associate’s monthly salary with a 60-day waiting period.

 

Short Term Disability:

Short Term Disability for all associates payable at 60% of the associate’s weekly salary with a 30-day waiting period.

Additional Term Life Insurance ($25,000/ $50,000/ $75,000/ $100,000)

401(K):

In order to qualify for the 401(k) Plan, you must have been employed for a minimum of 6 months. Company Match = .50 on the dollar up to 6% - 100% vested immediately

 

Vacation:

After working 6 months RN’s qualify for 1 week unpaid and 1 week paid.
After working 12 months RN’s qualify for an additional 1 week paid.
This is based on a full-time position. Vacation time is accrued based on the amount of accumulated hours worked.
