Universal Employment Benefits and Requirements


Pre-Arrival: 
•To arrive in the United States for commencement of placement within sixty (60) days of the successful passing of an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate, unless prevented from doing so by immigration authorities.
•To arrive in the United States fit to perform the essential functions of the job and ready to commence placement immediately.
•To arrive in the United States NCLEX-RN licensed.
•To be available to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week for a continuous, uninterrupted period of twenty-four (24) months.


Detailed Requirements:
•To qualify for nurse sponsorship a nurse must have passed NCLEX, IELTS, with 6 months staff nurse experience in a hospital, and you must be currently working.
•All nurses will be working in only one hospital setting (not nursing home) for your entire 2-year contract tenure. 
•If you need to transfer you can but will have to pay for your own transportation costs to the new hospitals.    
•Please let us know which states you prefer and we will accommodate you. 
•You will be offered multiple positions and you may select one closer to your immigration date.


Detailed Benefits:
•Your salary is the prevailing wage of the area and is determined by the Dept. of Labor (according to experience level).  You can expect up to $26.00 per hour.
•You are paid time and ½ overtime and for vacation and public holidays.
•We reimburse the registered nurse for the cost of your IELTS, NCLEX, and Visa Screen 90 days upon arrival at the work site.
•We assist you in filing your Visa Screen and other licenses, and mediate any of these issues for you.
•We manage and pay for all immigration processing, travel to the U.S. for the nurse. 
•You are responsible for travel airfare to the U.S. for family members.
•You have 24/7 communications with immigration processing professionals, and recruiters. 
•You have your own immigration account where you may intercompany email your questions directly to your immigration specialist.  You will be able to view all your paperwork and all notifications from USCIS as they occur.
•We will file for your immediate family members on the I-140 and Green Card.   Immediate family members refer to spouse and children.  Fee bills from National Visa Center for spouse and children are of course your responsibility.   We will coordinate this entire process.
•You will have approx 30 days training orientation in the hospital you will be working in when you arrive in the U.S.  It is best your family members follow you, but they may arrive with you if you would like. 
•You will have 45 days free housing upon arrival in the U.S.  We assist you in setting up your housing, etc.  If you are single we may be able to place you may be able to share housing with a nurse from your country.  family members will be housed free of charge with the nurse for 45 days.  You will receive assistance in finding other housing at the end of your 45 days.
•We do not file H1B’s (temporary work visas) due to the high failure rates of approval, refiling difficulties associated with this temporary visa, and inability of the spouse to work on this Visa.
•We file immediately for you upon signing of our contract.  You will receive your initial I-140 receipt with 3 to 4 weeks of getting all paperwork in.
•You must sign the contract within 10 days of the job offer and email it back to us.  If it takes longer to get your paperwork in that is fine. But we are a very selective company and we have many nurses applying for sponsorship and employment.  Your job offer must go to another if we do not get a positive response within those 10 days.
•You may work other contracts or out of the country contracts while you await immigration to the U.S.  You must however be willing to vacate your other contract when you are called for the consulate interview, as you will be immigrating immediately.
•You will receive full health benefits at your place of employment.
•You can expect prompt service in every instance you communicate with our company.
